About Courses

Courses let you build training content and track how your team and franchisees move through it.

Franchise Systems Ai (FS Ai) organizes courses, enrollments, and results in one place under Operations → Courses.

Stat tiles

Four stat tiles sit at the top of the page and stay visible across every tab:

• Total Courses
• Published
• Enrollments
• Completion Rate

Courses tab

The Courses tab is the default view. It lists every course in a table with these columns: Course, Category, Status, Author, Duration, and Created.

Clicking into a course from the table opens it in the course builder, where you assemble the course content.

Learning Paths tab

The Learning Paths tab groups multiple courses into a sequence a learner completes in order.

This tab starts empty, showing "No Learning Paths Yet" until you create your first one.

Certificates tab

The Certificates tab holds the certificates learners earn for completing courses or learning paths.

This tab also starts empty, showing "No Certificates Yet" until you create your first one.

Enrollments tab

The Enrollments tab tracks who has been assigned to what. It lists each enrollment in a table with these columns: Assignment, Franchisee, Type, Status, Progress, Due Date, and Assigned.

Analytics tab

The Analytics tab breaks down performance across three sub-tabs: Overview, Course, and Franchisee.

Across these sub-tabs you'll find cards covering Enrolments, Completion Rate, Active Learners, Learning Hours, Quiz Performance, and Course Library.

Use this tab to see how your training is landing, both across your whole program and broken down by individual course or franchisee.
