About the Leads Tab
If your brand runs a funnel instead of an applicant portal, Sales → Analytics looks different from the standard Overview page.
Funnel brands land on a Leads tab instead, built around the outcomes your funnel produces: leads coming in, where they land, and how far they get toward becoming franchisees.
For the portal version of this page, see About Sales Analytics. For how leads enter your funnel in the first place, see About the Funnel Builder.
Who sees this tab
Analytics composes its tabs per brand. Brands running a funnel (built in Studio → Funnel) see Leads and Emails. Brands with a standard applicant portal see Overview, Portal Steps, and Emails instead.
Switch brands with the brand selector at the top of the page to check which set you get. This selector is independent of the one on Sales → Pipeline.
Setting your range
Use the View dropdown to switch between Daily View, Weekly View, and Monthly View, and the From and To fields to set the date range. Every chart on the Leads tab respects these settings.
The Leads tab doesn't include a Generate Report button or a Generate Insights panel. Those are specific to the Overview tab on portal brands.

Reading the charts
- Leads Over Time: new leads across your date range, with a Bar and Line toggle.
- Leads By State: lead volume by state. Toggle between a Map view and a List view, which shows a plain table of state name and lead count.
- Leads By Source: a donut chart plus a table breaking leads down by source, with counts and percentages. The Include Organic Leads? toggle controls whether leads with no attributed source are counted. Turn it off and any leads without a campaign or UTM source drop out of the chart and table entirely.

- FDDs Signed: Franchise Disclosure Documents signed by leads in your funnel, with the same Bar/Line toggle.
- Calls Booked: intro calls booked through your funnel's Book a Call step.
