About the Lite Dashboard

If your organization's brands are all on Franchise Systems Ai (FS Ai) Lite, you see a different dashboard than the full sidebar described elsewhere in this Getting Started series.

Lite trims the dashboard down to eight tabs, laid out flat instead of grouped into sections. This article walks through what each tab does and how the dashboard behaves differently from the full plan.

The Lite sidebar

Your sidebar has eight tabs, in this order:

  • Leads: your sales pipeline, where every applicant and prospect lands.
  • Compliance: your franchising states and Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
  • Emails: your email templates.
  • Funnel: your application funnel and portal builder.
  • Workflows: the workflows that run on your leads.
  • Analytics: your sales performance metrics.
  • Library: your documents and files.
  • Settings: your account, organization, and brand settings.

There's no Home tab

Lite doesn't have a Home tab. When you sign in, FS Ai decides where to send you based on how far along your setup is.

If you still have required setup steps left, signing in takes you to your Getting Started checklist. Once every required item is done, signing in takes you straight to Leads instead.

Your Getting Started checklist

The checklist splits into Required setup and Recommended sections, and walks you through activating your brand: your funnel, your compliance documents, and your funnel's resources and emails. Choosing your funnel template, for example, is required; refining its qualification rule and branding are recommended.

Getting Started checklist with Required setup section open

It stays available even after you finish every item, unless you dismiss it. Each item's Continue button jumps you straight to where you complete it, and a green Done badge marks what's finished.

For the individual walkthroughs, see How to Build Your Funnel in Lite, How to Set Up Compliance in Lite, and How to Publish Your Funnel.

Settings works a little differently too

On the full dashboard, you reach Settings through your profile picture at the bottom of the sidebar. In Lite, Settings is its own sidebar tab, and it opens straight to your account profile.
