How to View Your Invoices

Franchise Systems Ai (FS Ai) provides access to your organization's invoices directly in the dashboard. All billing is processed through Stripe, and your invoice history is available at any time.

Prerequisite: You must have Billing access turned on for your account to view invoices. It's a separate toggle from organization Admin, either an Admin or a Member can have it.

Viewing Invoices in the Dashboard

Click your profile picture at the bottom of the sidebar and select Settings.
Under Organization, go to the Billing page.
If you belong to multiple organizations, select the organization whose invoices you want to view.
Scroll down to the Invoices section.

The invoices table shows the following details for each invoice:

Status: Whether the invoice is paid, open, or in another state.
Created: The date the invoice was generated.
Due: The payment due date, if applicable.
Total: The invoice amount.
Customer Email: The email address associated with the billing account.
Invoice PDF: Click the document icon to download a PDF copy of the invoice.

Viewing Invoices in Stripe

For more detailed invoice management, click Open Billing Management at the bottom of the Billing page. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can view your full invoice history, download receipts, and review payment details.

Subscription Overview

The Billing page also displays your current subscription details, including the line items on your plan, unit pricing, and your monthly subtotal. The Brands section shows which brands are active on your subscription and allows users with Billing access to toggle brand billing on or off.
