Setting Up Your Profile
Your profile holds the personal details that identify you across Franchise Systems Ai (FS Ai). This information appears in communications sent on your behalf, in task assignments, and when colleagues view your account. You can edit it at any time.
Opening your profile
- Click your profile picture at the bottom of the sidebar and select Settings.
- Under the Account group, open the Profile page.

The Profile page is organized into tabs: Details, Organizations, Sales Assignability, Preferences, and Security.

Details
The Details tab holds your core profile fields:
- First name and Last name: how your name appears throughout the platform.
- Email: the address tied to your account. This is set during sign-up and cannot be changed here.
- Phone: your contact number.
- LinkedIn URL: a link to your LinkedIn profile.
- Primary job title: your role or position (for example, "Franchise Development Manager").
- Profile picture: your avatar in the sidebar, chat, assignments, and team views. Click your avatar to upload a new image or remove the current one.
Edit any field by clicking it, making your change, and clicking away. Changes save automatically.

Organizations
The Organizations tab shows which organizations you belong to, and lets you join or create a new one.

Sales Assignability
The Sales Assignability tab controls how you receive leads from the applicant portal. For each brand you have access to, three radio buttons set your assignment:
- Automatic: routes new leads to you.
- Manual: lets teammates choose you when booking.
- Off: keeps you out of lead assignment.

Preferences
The Preferences tab sets your time format (12-hour or 24-hour) and your theme (System, Light, or Dark).

Security
The Security tab is where you protect your account. Here you can change your password, turn two-factor authentication on or off, and manage your personal API key for developer integrations.

Connecting your calendar
Your calendar connection and booking events live on a separate page. In your settings, under the Account group, open Calendar & Scheduling. See How to Connect Your Calendar for the full walkthrough.
Why your profile matters
Your profile shows up in several places:
- Applicant communications: when emails or messages are sent on your behalf, your name and role may appear to the recipient.
- Task assignments: team members see your name and avatar when tasks are assigned to or by you.
- Team views: organization admins and colleagues see your details in the team management sections.
Keeping your profile current helps your team stay coordinated and ensures applicants receive professional communications with accurate contact information.
