About the Brand Page

The Brand page is where you manage a specific brand's public identity: its story, its news, its visual style, and how it presents itself.

This is different from the concept of a brand in Franchise Systems Ai (FS Ai). What Is a Brand? explains how brands relate to your organization. This article covers the Brand page itself, the sidebar item where you edit and view that content.

Go to Brand in the sidebar. The page has six tabs: Overview, Feed, News, Identity, Voice & style, and Gallery.

Overview tab

This is the brand's profile at a glance. It includes:

About Brand: a description of the brand.

Leadership: the people who lead the brand.

Headquarters: the brand's city and state.

Network map: a map of the brand's locations.

Feed tab

The Feed shows posts published to the brand, shown as a scrolling card grid.

If you have permission to manage the feed, click into Manage Posts to create, edit, and publish posts.

News tab

News tracks coverage and mentions of the brand. Each item has a headline, summary, source, and publish date.

You can tag a news item by kind (National, Trade, Press, Blog, Review, or Social), sentiment (Positive, Neutral, Watch, or Negative), and scope (brand-wide, or tied to a specific location).

Click Add news and paste a link to auto-fill the headline, summary, and image where available.

Identity tab

Identity holds the brand's style guide: logo, colors, and fonts, including custom font uploads.

Below the style guide, Identity Guidelines documents the logo, color, and type rules for the network.

Voice & style tab

This tab holds the brand's voice and story settings.

Below that, Voice & Style Guidelines documents how the brand should sound across channels.

Gallery holds the brand's mockup assets, images and renders used to represent the brand.

Editing permissions

Editing any section of the Brand page requires the Workspace Settings permission for that brand. Without it, you can view the page but not make changes. See Understanding Roles and Permissions for how permissions work.
